there, and welcome to Food for Todd! My
name’s Jennifer, a.k.a. Mrs. Food for Todd.
Growing
up, no one in my family cooked, and I didn’t know how to chop an onion
until 2008. But since meeting my hungry hubby Todd, I’ve gotten a lot of
practice, and now it’s breezy and fun!
I
normally post what we make for dinner on the weeknights – healthy,
semi-vegetarian, simple meals. Because I’m in law school and Todd works full
time and takes classes, we try to make enough for leftovers, but if tastes that good, you just never know ….like this
weekend, when we had four friends over and accidentally ate a dinner for eight...hmmmm
Other interests include: lindy-hop, weight lifting, yoga, and listening to This American Life until my ears fall off.
